Vendor Information
It is with great excitement that we at Wildlife Productions are announcing
plans for the 2010 show season. We will be relocating to the York Expo Center in York, PA which is in a more
vendor-friendly facility, with its many entrances for loading and unloading, no
interior poles and no steps to climb!
As usual, parking is free, and there is plenty of it!
There are many attendance incentives being planned, among which are
four hunting trips and four fishing trips. Children under 12 will be
admitted for free, and the first 50 children each day will receive a
gift certificate for the Cold River Mining Co.
We have a large advertising budget and we will spend it!
Our draw will be from many of the surrounding metropolitan areas, including:
- Baltimore, MD
- Washington D.C.
- Wilmington, DE
- Gettysburg, PA
- Harrisburg, PA
- The Lehigh Valley
- And more!
The dates for the show have been changed to allow for the hunting and
fishing seasons and the weather! The new dates are April 8th through 11th,
2010.

Special room rate for vendors is $83.00 per night, and includes complimentary
breakfast. In order to get the special rate, you must identify
yourself as a vendor at the York Sport, Travel & Outdoor Show.
Reservations must be made by March 1st, 2010, to qualify for
the special rate.
From the sparkling indoor and outdoor pools to the Business Center,
the Holiday Inn Conference Center of York makes sure you have an enjoyable
visit.
